SUMMARY
For over 20 years Dr. Ronan has provided technical and management leadership to the environmental community. As principal of ASO Consulting, Inc., he focused these skills to solve problems for senior industrial management and the legal community. Assignments have ranged from project management, document review, and expert witness testimony, to full-time management of the multimillion dollar, multidisciplinary laboratory. Dr. Ronan's twenty years of experience also include government (USEPA) and private sector teaching, basic and applied research, marketing, operations, financial control, client relationships, and major project management. His unique experiences have prepared him to handle the integration of all of these areas.

PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Southwest Laboratory of Oklahoma, Inc., Broken Arrow, OK. 1994 to Present. Laboratory Director. Responsible for management of total business cycle (market/sell/win/do/deliver/ maintain/follow-up) of this full-service commercial environmental laboratory. SWL provides analysis in support of all major environmental regulations. SWL Certification is expanded to over 30 states and numerous Federal agencies (i.e. CLP, regional EPA, Army, Navy, AFCEE, DOE and numerous client specific special requirements). Directs the operational functions of all sections of this, the corporations largest laboratory, including both administrative and analytical including working directly with supervisors and managers from all departments.

ASO Consulting, Buffalo, NY. 1990 to 1994. Principal. Responsibilities included support of litigations for six law firms (investigations, depositions, and trials), a two year business assignment for Huntingdon International Holdings, and other similar assignments. Designed and developed the QA/QC Program for a $4 billion property owner that oversaw all real estate transactions.

Roy F. Weston, Inc., Analytics Division, Lionville, PA. 1987 to 1990. Vice President/Division Manager. Board of Directors (88/90). Responsible for sales/revenues and profits. Developed a national laboratory. Captured over $6 million in business.

Versar, Inc, Springfield, VA. 1978 to 1987. Vice President/Operations Manager. Performed inside PCB cleanups, created/developed new laboratory, PCB and ICB methods developed for EPA.

Fisher Scientific, Jarrell-Ash Division, Boston, MA. 1975 to 1978. Director of Engineering and Research.

US EPA Region V, Central Regional Lab, Chicago, IL. 1973 to 1975. Section Chief, Metals.
